I purchased the coach Aug 2002, with about 14,000 miles indicated on odometer. I have done the following:.

Converted original rear side seating system to a full sized bed with “easy lift” for access to storage, water tank and generator

Replaced original Kohler 3.5 KW generator with Onan Emerald Plus 4.0 KW on a slide-out system

Replaced original air pump with new Rietschle Thomas pump from Cinnabar

Replaced hoses from engine cooling system to hot water tank in fresh water system

Replaced alternator and brackets

Added extra cooling fan in front of radiator and partially blocked external air opening to enhance “recirculation” feature on dash A/C.

Added manual heater shut-off valve to dash heater hose

Replaced all sliding window track inserts

Applied window tint to rear, rear sides and top of windshield

Sealed front and rear fiberglass/Aluminum body joints with clear silicon sealer

Replaced dash heater/Air blower motor

Installed Ragusa folding entry step


4-2005 with 25,689 miles on odometer:
Rebuilt engine, transmission, carburetor, repacked front wheel bearings, new seals on final drive, rebuilt / re-curved distributor (electronic ignition from 76 Toronado).
Added new water pump, transmission cooler, electric fuel pump, fan clutch and 2nd AC evaporator/fan unit on cockpit floor.

Modified bogie pin zirk fittings for 2 way lubrication

Added Thorley headers & 3 inch exhaust system at 30,335 miles on odometer

Replaced AC compressor, all hoses and upgraded to R-34 Freon.

Replaced tires at 34,305

Replaced rear brake shoes (center shoes like new), repacked rear & center wheel bearings at 34,454.

Replaced Ignition switch

Installed in-line electric fuel pump for generator (Arizona vapor lock problems).

Current odometer reading: 39,364.
